You'd be surprised to hear this song was actually made in the latter end of 2003 to early 2004. I just didn't upload it till then. I'm actually going to be uploading some 2003 songs that were done when I just began fiddling with music software on my computer.

As for help with melodies etc, my best advice to you is to get a keyboard to hook up to your PC. Practice and work with it and eventually you'll be able to get what's in your head into your song much much easier. I actually did music without a keyboard for 5 years and it was vastly more difficult and annoying to get your desired tunes for complex songs.

and anyways uh if your useing fl studio try useing the synth strings as some sort of bass thing
